Lunch in Bengbu

I tell people that REAL Chinese food is so much different than what we have in the USA.  Friends ask me to describe the difference.  There's so much difference in taste and smell.  But there are other differences as well.  After stepping off the train in Bengbu, Steven Tao took me to just another small restaurant along an average avenue.  While he sat ordering for us, I was reminded why I love this country so much.  Just serving tea was an absolute delight.  It was delicious, by the way.
