Thread Shopping and New Year Decorations

Anybody who works for the government (or a large company) knows how hard paperwork can be, and how difficult or expensive it can be to get even the most simple items.  The orphanage really appreciates us coming over in order to quickly resolve this issue.  We were able to get thread and sewing items that would otherwise take a lot of paperwork to acquire.  I'm not sure if this is a temporary or long term issue, but I'm just glad we could help out.  The nannies do much of the darning themselves.

It's going to be the year of the snake starting February 9th, 2013.  There are many stores packed with decorations.
